  Pursuing any facet of the professional wrestling business takes desire, ambition and the proper training.

  Bill Banks, one of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's media masterminds, wrote So You Want to Be a Wrestler? (And Other Ways to Get a Job in Wrestling).

  During the course of his career, spanning more than 10 years, Banks has worked behind the scenes for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

  Now he serves as one of TNA's producers and writers and the company's website manager.

  Banks decided to run with his idea and found a publisher's site, Lulu, to distribute his book.

  "If you think you are going to be on television right out of wrestling school, your chances are slim to none," said Banks. "I wanted to give someone, who wanted to be a wrestler, a realistic look in what it takes to make it.
